HOWEVER FAR YOU'VE GONE

However Far You’ve Gone!

The word of God in Isaiah 1:18 always gets to me each time I think about it.

It says:

"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." (KJV)

This is God telling us that regardless of how terrible our sins might be, or how far we think we’ve strayed, He is able and ready to rescue us and change us. I don’t know how bad you think you are or how grievous you think your sins are, all I know is what God has said that He is able to change you.

God is greater than all and none can measure up to Him, so no sin is more powerful than the sacrifice that has been paid on the cross.

Whatever your burdens are, whatever guilt you bear, God wants you to come nonetheless.

A line of the song ‘O worship the King’ says: "Even the vilest offender who truly believes, That moment from Jesus a pardon receives."

All you need do is believe in the atoning power of Christ’s death for you. Come to Him in sincere repentance from all your sins and He’ll make you clean and new.

He is not only able, but He is also ready.

Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you shall be saved. It doesn’t matter how far you’ve gone.
