Just a quick one.
Let me share a few things with you
Prayer can do very little, when God is not giving you a go ahead on a matter.
You see, it is actually a waste of time, to think we can use prayer, or a higher anointing from a man of God, to try and influence God's decision.
The Bible says "God is not a man"...
It is we human beings that can be induced by someone's position, and thereby influence our decision.
When God has spoken on a matter, it is wisdom on our part to "trust Him and obey". Obedience to God is not foolish submission, it is a respect and honor of the wisdom of God.
Prayer is not the only key, it is only one of the keys.
Obedience is also a key. Prayer will not do for you what obedience was meant for.
Don't fall to the error of those who think they know how to pray and fast so much, while they are never submissive to God's leading. They believe so much that they can even use prayer and fasting to change God's decision on a matter, to drive results in their way.
They will go ahead and quote the part of the Bible where king Hezekiah prayed and changed God's word through the prophet... I advise you, leave Hezekiah to God and follow God's leading for your own life.
And if you look well, after God extended the life of king Hezekiah by 15 years, what he did within those years were terrible and against God; making him end worse.
If God is leading you not to travel to somewhere and you disobey by calling a man of God to bless the journey, you're playing games with your life.
Obey please. The best you can do is to reason with God and listen to His guidance on how to carry out the obedience.
There is the law of attraction; which means sometimes what you receive may not necessarily be from God. You can achieve a good result because you believe so much in it.
God's leading is superior to the Law of Attraction. So if you're dealing with God, He will guide you, and some times He will give to instructions that are not comfortable to your "likes and dislikes".
