Seeing Through the Eyes not With the Eyes

I pray for you: May the Lord connect you to the wealth of the land where you reside.

It’s possible for someone to live in the midst of abundance and still be poor, or to be surrounded by opportunities and yet lack help.

In the name of Jesus, may your eyes be opened to the help that is right beside you. May your eyes be opened to the right people around you.

There is abundance in every land. Even if you live in a desert, somewhere nearby there is a well or a spring.

How do animals survive in the desert? They simply know things that others don’t.

I told my friend today that believers need to start praying with their eyes open.

As you pray, also look around you. As you pray, listen for what God is saying. If you believe that our God is not deaf, then approach Him with the expectation that when you pray, He will answer.

Listen!

When you pray for an open door in your finances, for example, pay attention to what is happening around you at that time.

Is God opening a door? Is an opportunity coming your way? Are you meeting someone for the first time? These are your answers. God is unlikely to drop a bag of money in your lap; He will use people to bless you.

Pay attention to what’s happening, and don’t just see with your eyes—see through your eyes.

Mercy to you. Peace from Jesus 🕊️
