Everyone seems to pray for God's help, but not everyone truly depend solely on that help. As some people pray for God's help, they have this alternative or that other option in their mind, and so God's help that they seem to be asking is just one of the options.
We must understand that we cannot approach a holy and all-knowing God with any falsehood; in His presence, all of our life is completely naked, nothing is hid from Him.
So God knows when you truly depend (exclusively) on His help. He also knows when you're praying for His help because a prayer leader in your church leads the prayer point.
God knows when your hands are all raised 🙌 to Him and when one hand is up to Him and the other connected to a man. This is why some people seem to pray and do not receive answer.
Do you truly depend on God's help?
Do you truly hold God in such high regard that you know if He does not help you there is nothing you can do by yourself?
One way you will know someone who depends exclusively on God's mighty help is that they will be conscious not to offend God's presence. If they stray out of God's will, they will quickly run back to seek His forgiveness and mercy.
You see when someone lives their life carelessly, when they don't mind what comes to their mind and what they say with their mouth, it is a sign that they not depending explicitly and exclusively on God's help for their life.
When you see someone who does not care how they offend someone else, who does not care to reconcile when they have hurt someone else, it is a sign that they have alternatives to the sustenance of their life.
If you truly depend on God's help, and you know that a second without Him will bring you to a sure end, you won't live anyhow.
So when you pray for God's help, understand that He will check to see the sincerity of your heart. He will check to see if it's just lip-service or a total dependence on Him exclusively.
No one who truly and sincerely depends on God's help is denied of it. His arms are ready to help anyone who calls for His help, but only if you do it sincerely.
Mercy and peace of God with you today.
