PERSONNEL ONBOARDING
An Unending Fountain
Welcome to Cadamo Investment Limited. I am glad you showed interest in joining our workforce. You can read more About us here. Let me introduce you to the two types of personnel we have in the Company. But before that, you should know that we sometimes use the word "Interns" to describe our personnel, and that is because we work a lot with undergraduates and provide them with the necessary experience needed in their career journey.

1. Incentive Interns
By definition, an incentive intern refers to an intern who receives rewards or benefits that are different from monetary compensation. These rewards might include non-monetary incentives such as gift cards, certificates, recognition, training opportunities, or access to exclusive events. The primary focus of an incentive internship would be on skill development, personal growth, or acquiring experience rather than a direct financial payment.
At Cadamo Investment Limited, we position ourselves to provide these non-monetary incentives to all our personnel through a letter of attestation, certificates, periodic recognition, and training programmes. All our personnel enjoy these non-monetary incentives.
2. Paid Interns
"Paid Interns" refers to interns who receive a monetary stipend or wage for their work during the internship. The payment can vary depending on the organization, location, industry, and other factors. Paid interns typically receive regular compensation for the work they perform, similar to regular employees, although the pay might be lower due to the temporary and learning-focused nature of internships.

At Cadamo Investment Limited, we currently pay our personnel through a Comission-Based Payment System (CBPS). In this type of system, employees or personnel earn a percentage or fixed amount of money, known as a commission, based on the sales or transactions they generate. This is a common approach in sales-driven environments where employees are incentivized to promote and generate business. The more sales or transactions they contribute to, the higher their earnings through commissions. This CBPS method is currently applicable in four (4) of our brands. Let me give you an example; one of our brands, Crimpact Enterprise, does business name registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and personnel who help the brand to get customers are paid as high as 30% commission per customer referred.
Let's talk about our Personnel Onboarding Process
Stage 1 - General Welcome - Whatsapp Group
At this stage, all interested applicants are welcomed in a Whatsapp group. This group is used to communicate with the participants throughout the Onboarding Process.

Stage 2 - Orientation Course (COC) - Google Classroom
All the participants on the Whatsapp group are provided the link to the Company's Orientation Course. The COC has been designed to provide new applicants with the basic knowledge they need to be effective in their operations with us. The course includes short notes, questions, and a final examination to test your knowledge. Applicants who score below 70% in the Orientation Course will be removed from the Whatsapp group.

Stage 3 - Interview Form (Final)- Cognito Form
At this final stage, personnel who make it to 70% marks in the Orientation Course will be provided with access to our Interview Form after which they will be welcomed to the Company in a grand style.
Please note, we have created this system to filter out those who are not ready for serious work. As a Company, we value communication, so at any point in time that you need clarification or would not be able to perform a task, you should communicate with us through the Whatsapp group.
Most of our operations are currently done remotely, which enables you to work from wherever you are.
I wish you a successful application
