What you should Know
For Enterprise business name registration, you will be given a BN (Business Number), and your business name will be secured in Nigeria. Under the law, a business registered at the level of Enterprise is the same as the owner(s). After the registration is completed, you can apply to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) to collect your Tax Identification Number (TIN).

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION
1. Two (2) Proposed names for the Business (We will conduct a free Public Search for you to see if the names you provided have been used. However, please note that if the names are rejected during Name Search/Reservation, you will need to provide 2 other proposed names. Your payment covers 2 Name Reservation attempts)
2. At least one proprietor (for a Sole Proprietorship). Must be above 18 years old
3. Means of ID (NIN or Permanent Voters Card or International Passport)
