What you should Know
For Company registration, you will be issued RC (Registered Company number), and the name will be secured in Nigeria. Under the law, a business registered as a Company (LTD. or PLC.) is different from its owner(s), which means if the business has a court case, the owners will not have to appear in person. You will be automatically given Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Please note that you will need to upload the following documents in picture format;
1. A valid means of ID (Birth Certificate, or National ID/Slip, or Permanent Voters' Card, or Driver's License or International Passport)
2. A passport photograph
3. Your signature

REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION
1. Two (2) Proposed names for the Company (We will conduct a free Public Search for you to see if the names you provided have been used. However, please note that if the names are rejected during Name Search/Reservation, you will need to provide 2 other proposed names. )
2. At least 2 Directors, both must be above 18 years old
3. Means of ID for the 2 Directors (NIN or Permanent Voters Card or International Passport)
4. Signature of the 2 Directors
5. Picture of the 2 Directors
6. The Share percentage of the 2 Directors. Example: 1st Director 60%, 2nd Director 40%
